Dallas vs G State....... ?
OKC vs Clips.........?

Do we even care about the top 4 teams? Is it too hard to figure out what they should do, or do we just concentrate on the bottom 4?
I'd rather play OKC then the MAVS!

Go Lakers tomorrow! Damn, the Hornets 48 hours ago where in 6th by themselves and are now in sole possession of 8th!

Nuggs lose at LA and we beat the Mavs, we are only 1 1/2 back of 5th!

Mavs lost tonight at GS. So did OKC to the Clip Show. If Memphis would have lost it would have been a perfect night.

Go Clippers........ Go Kings........ Go OKC!

HERE WE GO.................Some a little more obvious then others.

04/08/11

PHX @ NOLA..........

Denver @ OKC.......

Sac @ Memphis......

LAC @ Dallas.........

Assuming we arent worring about who we want to play and that we are just trying to get the highest seed possible, who do we want to win tomorrow night in the NOH vs MEM game?

Sunday...... April 10

NOLA vs Memphis........... Grizz
OKC vs Lakers................ Lakers
PHX vs Dallas................. Dallas right?

This N.O. / Memphis game is HUGE. We need Zach & his boys to come through!

Zbo is dropping dimes. Playing very well now after a shitty start.

Grizz up 21. If they hold on, our odds of sticking in the #6 spot shoot way up. Which means, I suppose I would prefer the Lakers to win tonight so they don't slip to #3.

Monday April 12th.............

Utah at New Orleans.......

Dallas at Houston..........

Oklahoma City at Sacramento...........

I'm so confused know with that Laker loss tonight! I want to play Dallas, so we don't want them to move up to 2nd, right?

I'd say, the best interests of the Blazers are Utah beating NO (good luck the way Utah's been playing), Dallas beating Houston and Sacto beating OKC (good luck on that one as well). NO losing helps Portland hold the #6 seed, Dallas winning and OKC losing means more likely Dallas is #3 and OKC #4.

But, you know, I always worry about "who do you want to play". We thought Portland would want to play Phoenix last year and it did not work well. I remember my A's in 06 desperately wanting to face the Tigers and not the Twins, Tigers collapsed down the stretch so Twins won the division. The A's, without home field, swept the Twins. And with home field, were swept by the Tigers next round.

Just play hard, Blazers, and let the chips fall where they may.

This is where it starts getting crazy, if Dallas loses tonight we almost are rooting for NOLA! We don't want to be matched up with LA!

Root for UTA, HOU and SAC. I want all teams in the playoffs losing so they go in on a low point.

This would be my dream layout for the playoffs.

Lakers drop to 4th, Dallas 2nd and Thunder 3rd. We land the 6th seed and face Thunder in round 1. Why?

I think the sooner we face the "running and athletic" Thunder, the better. Last thing we need is tired legs to try and beat these guys.

I like seeing the Lakers in the WCF; of course if we make it that far. I think we would have a Huge confidence boost if we made it there and it could be possible that the Lakers will have a tough time getting past Denver and SAS; both very physical teams. Regardless of who comes out of the 1, 8, 4, 5 seed; I think we have a great chance with whomever we face. Just may take.

We're at a playoff experience disadvantage to all of the top four seeds except for OKC. I think that factor could be important, reflecting back on the lesson in playoff basketball handed to us by the Rockets.

Totally agree. I'll take OKC......Dallas.......SA.......LA....... in that order.

April 12th..............

San Antonio at LA Lakers............ I say LA. I need them to move up back into the #2 position. We win out and DON'T have to play them!
