Living in the city and firing on a drone would probably be a bad move. At the very least you introduce the possibility sending an errant round into a densely populated area over something that is not life threatening. On the other hand if it's a drone flying in an area where I grew up, I have no doubt I and dozens of my neighbors would take pot shots.
