2011-2012 - 10.3 ppg, 42% from the field, 36% from three.
2012-2013 - 9.2 ppg, 39.6% from the field, 37% from three.
2013-2014 - 5.0 ppg, 37% from the field, 34% from three.
2014-2015 - 1.5 ppg, 22% from the field, 16.7% from three.

He has progressively been getting worse and worse over the past four years. 2011-2012 was with GSW. 2012-2013 was with Philly. He has really only had one good year, and that was in 2010-2011 with Golden State where he scored 16 ppg and shot 42% from the field and 37.6% from three. He's never really been a dead eye shooter though. 37.6% from three isn't that good.

My cable went out last game so I couldn't watch. According to the stats, crabbe wasn't any better, which kind of disappointed me. What about the eye test? How would you compare crabbe and write? Obviously you don't think write should get on the court, so how do you think this situation should be handled.

I think we have too many young shooting guards and zero young small forwards.

CJ
Barton
Crabbe

They're shooting guards. Crabbe isn't big enough and long enough to defend the small forward position. Barton is long and athletic, but he's only 6'5. I really wish we would have drafted Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Crabbe is still young, he didn't hinder the team by any means last night. Wright is supposed to be one of our vets who can knock down our 3 and he has done anything but that (actually correction he hasn't done anything at all). Lets not forget this was Crabbe's real first game and he wasn't just playing garbage time minutes. Wright has and he still continues to suck royal ass.

i think we started crabbe last night to see what we really have/if there is trade value there. i think we are going to try and consolidate at the trade deadline..

Dude I doubt there is a single fan here that will argue to keep Wright.

Crabbe can be a SF easily... He's even built like one IMHO.

Small forwards in the league are long, athletic guys like Batum. Crabbe is only 6'6, which is really more along the lines of a traditional shooting guard. He's built like a Kevin Martin. He isn't long enough or tall enough to be a small forward.

6'0-6'4 for PG's
6'4-6'6 for SG's
6'7-6'8 for SF's
6'9-6'11 for PF's
6'11+ for C's?

About right?

We aren't looking for a starting SF bro. He is built perfectly to fit in as a back-up 2/3. I wholeheartedly disagree with you.

What I would love to find out is what Wright, The People's Champ and Claver give us?

Well I wholemindedly disagree with you! So there....

In comparison...

Matt Barnes has a 6'9" wingspan

Shawn Marion has a 6'11" wingspan

If benching Dorrell is wrong, I don't wanna be Wright!

HAHAHA Repped!

I think a guy who's only job is to sit in the corner and take open 3s needs to be held to a higher standard, in terms of 3pt%, then a guy like Lillard or Matthews who need to create their own shot under pressure from time to time, and 34% isn't good for a "3pt specialist". He really brings nothing else to the table, and is a deteriment in all other areas.

That's really my point. He's just bad. It's not that he's in a slump.

There's nothing right with him either.

Wright has not shot the ball well, that's a valid point but to say he contributes nothing else is short sited. He's an above average defender, decent rebounder and passer. He has shot horribly but let's not get carried away in the other areas of his game.

Say what?!

Bro, he's been shit on the defensive end this season. Offensively?! Even more shit with those neck breaking fakes without a defender 10 ft from him.

He's arguably our worst player on that bench. There is absolutely zero "bright side" about this young man

No, no, and no. He might be a decent rebounder, but nobody deserves minutes for merely being adequate at rebounding. He's a terrible defender - Crabbe has already proven to be FAR superior in this department. And when he tries to create a play it's about as bad looking as a Kevin Martin jumper. The ONLY reason he should ever get on the court is (1) during a blowout when (2) Crabbe needs a breather and (3) Robinson is already on the court.

And some of us forgot he did this last year in the playoffs against Houston.

I would like to see more minutes of him in the second unit when we have the lead for a bit.

It seems hes like a dust bunny in the living room and Stotts forgot how to use him.
