I'm more on the Muhammad Ali side when it comes to this kinda stuff. I know who my oppressor is And I know what flag represents that oppression...

I bet lots of people here have black friends. If I have black friends out here in White-oming then there’s a pretty damn good chance most of the other posters have black friends or acquaintances wherever they live.

I have seen black people before. And I used to watch Sanford and Son and Good Times as a kid. And I occasionally listen to the rap music and the M&M guy is good.

I use to know a few but now that I've retired and don't get around much, I only know two, dviss and the guy at the VA Hospital, Al, who occasionally is my technician. I really don't look at them that way. To me they're just guys I know.
So, who's on my list of friends? Answer is anybody who'll put up with me. Could be you, for example. By the way, I don't hold a grudge. If I did, I'd never have friends. We all have spats that could lead to grudges if we are weak. You've got to overlook some things if you're going to keep up a friendship.

I have black friends. Just as close of a friend as anyone else I know. Meaning I don't hang out with them like I don't hang out with my white friends.

The last person I wanted to invite over for a visit is a black woman and her husband but I can't because she is my wife's employee and it ia frowned upon.
 
I'm not saying that didn't happen but I sure as shit ain't taking it as gospel before an arrest is made.

I do have some reservations about it. Mostly that any MAGAt would know the gay/black guy on the show Empire. I didn't even know who he was. I'll admit, it seems off.

Well. I'm curious about it I can say that.

I wanted to like Empire but I didn't know it was a soap opera until I watched a couple episodes. Has some of my favorite actors.
 
We'll see how long until we find out this never happened.
