That was painfull to listen to his opening comments. WOW:dunno:

He seems to do better actually conversing with someone rather than reading from a prepared statement. Let's hope he learns from that--I want more "open dialogue".

Obviously, there are a few things that directly correlate with intelligence. If you speak dumb, there is no way you are not dumb. Conversely, if your name is typed in all caps, you just magically arrived this month and have total posts and think that we're too stupid to realize you're someone else from the group who has pretty much made themselves out to be an idiot, you're a big spazz.

Speaks well enough to be an NBA General Manager.

Apparently you have stellar English skills.

What do you do?

/sorry for feeding the troll

he couldn't put more then 3 words together it was brutal. listen to it when it comes out. don't know how nobody else seems to have caught this. It was pretty bad.

Great, the Blazers hired Mushmouth as the new GM. That should make for some interesting trade talks with other GMs.

Soon, there will be 4 guys posing as 20 trolls, and this board will go down in a ball of flames. Fuck you ***s for doing this. Get a god damn life you fucking loser cvnts.

hey, as long as he can work a mad Excel sheet, who needs speaking skills when negotiating? being able to communicate is overrated. Its all about how good you are at math.

It's probably the spotlight. I'm sure he'll get over it.

So do the Blazers need an orator or a deal-maker?

He said it was his first-ever press conference. I'm just having fun with it, but on some level, it does show his inexperience in being the front man.

Speaking is a big part of negotiations. More so than the ability to do math. Much of it is about knowledge and confidence and being able to persuade the other party.
