The Titans are intriguing this season. They're kind of getting the darling treatment. I don't know if it's deserved but I am super curious about them. That rookie WR, Corey Davis, will eventually be a nice weapon for Mariota.

You're insane. My buddy works for a local advertising agency and TV ratings for Seahawks games here in Portland are much much higher than 49er games.

I'm a member of 3 49er clubs in this area (2 in Portland, 1 in Vancouver) all with about 300 members. And I have a hard time believing they're the only 9er fans in this city. Name another region on the West Coast, besides California, with 3 Niner Clubs.

I will say that there are more Hag fans in Vancouver than Portland though.

I didn't know so I had to look it up. Seems a little ridiculous to expect many Hawks fans to know that trivia of a coach from 35 years ago. I was only 5 or 6 years old when that coach was the coach of the team. I cared not about the Seahawks when Knox was coach. I considered myself an Eagles fan then. I loved that Defense. I lightly followed the Hawks when Erickson was the coach. I even watched Mirer as QB before then. I followed them much more closely when Holmgren was coach, but didn't really consider myself a fan until 2010 when I moved up to Seattle and that was the first time I had gone to a Hawks. The atmosphere was unbelievable and I think at that point I became a solid fan as opposed to someone who mildly followed their games. Even in the 2005 Superbowl, while I thought the Seahawks got jobbed, I don't remember being all that upset about it. It was nothing like I felt in the 2000 WCF. In 2010, the Seahawks weren't very good. I went to the week 17 team game that year where they made the playoffs at 7-8 by beating the Rams. One of my good friends is a Rams fan and we went to that game together. I tab that season as the season when I actually considered myself a fan, actually bought a football jersey for the first time, etc. Then of course you had the Beastquake in the playoffs. If this makes me a band wagon fan so be it, but I don't see myself jumping off this bandwagon even if the team fails. I am a Hawks fan for life. And no, I had no idea what the answer was to your dad's question.

Yeah, all Seahawks fans are bandwagon fans and only started liking them in the last 5-10 years. Yawn! Very original burn you have there! There are bandwagon fans in every sport, every good team. Get over it. Oregon Ducks are another prime local example. I'm sure most of you 49er fans started liking them when you were a kid and back when they kicked ass (Rice, Montana, Lott, etc).
I've been a fan since I was a kid, since they sucked ass. I went to games in the Kingdome. I even went to a game during the strike and watched the "scabs" play. I still have my Seahawks starter jacket from the early 90's when I was in high school.
JL Williams, Rufus Porter, Brian Blades, Curt Warner, Jim Zorn, Shawn Springs, Cortez Kennedy, Joe Nash, etc etc etc.
