Its just the perspective. How many posters disappeared or greatly stopped posting after Trump won? quite a few. The ones that did stay, post less, because their identity is so tied into their politics, that this place has become triggering.

If Mueller is able to get something on Trump or Trump is out of office, suddenly, those complaining about how shitty this place has been will say "this place is awesome again".

The core content hasn't changed, its the poster's own perspective on things.

Those posters triggered by Trump with the Trump Derangement Syndrome are probably miserable in other parts of their lives as well. Reality is miserable, just because Trump won and Trump is everything they think they are against. Something that really doesn't affect them directly changes their day to day mood.

I actually kind of overall liked Obama, Bush, Clinton, Other Bush and that covers my life. Sure I disagreed with them on things, and all that but they at least all acted presidential (imo). I don't think HRC or Trump would've acted presidential... Trump sure seems to be failing that test (also my opinion...).

You apparently don’t have any friends who are true conservatives then. One (of many) reason I retired early was to get away from the vile and disgusting attitudes of far too many of my coworkers had towards “liberals” in general and Obama in particular. My work place was a “red state” within another red state (Salem) within a blue state (Oregon). And those folks lost their minds and their shit over Obama (and HRC) on a daily basis. Just like the Republicans did by trying to block everything Obama tried to do. Sorry, this no aberration. It’s just that the MAGA crowd is outnumbered on SC2. It’s a simple as that......
