1960-1969 300+ innings was accomplished 25 times
1970-1979 300+ innings was accomplished 33 times
1980-1989 300+ innings was accomplished....wait for it.....ONCE! Steve Carlton

2010 to date......None.

#2 20 complete games in a season.

After the feat was accomplished 200 times between the 1940s through the 1970s it was accomplished only 7 times during the 80s. Since then...No one has done it. As a matter of fact since 1988 (25 years) 15 complete games has only been accomplished 4 times. Orel Herchiser & Danny Jackson in 1988. Jack McDowell in 1991 & Curt Schilling in 1998. And since the year 2000 only 2 pitchers have thrown 10 complete games. Sabathia in 2008 (10) and Shields in 2011 (11) Maybe this is what Nolan Ryan was talking about.

Sticking with the pitching theme 30 wins will never happen again (Denny McLain 1968) And its been 23 years since a pitcher has won 25 games. Though it could happen with a near perfect season. Verlander reached 24 a few seasons ago. Foot note: the highest decade for 25 or more wins was the 60s with 11. And 2 players did it 3 times during that decade, Sandy Koufax (3 times) & Juan Marichal (3 times).

But remember there are no more 4 man rotations & there are pitch counts.

I could see winning 25 and having 10 complete games happening. Not easily, but I could see Kershaw and Felix (as they get into their physical prime and have more 110-125 pitch outings) having shots at both. Don't see 30 wins, and 300 innings would require a pitcher to average 8 2/3 innings per start. Don't see that happening.
