<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">NEW YORK (Ticker) - Already with 10 losses in their last 11 games, the New York Knicks will have to contend with another setback.

On Tuesday, the Knicks placed forward Tim Thomas, who had missed four of the last seven games with a strained right calf, on the injured list. He will be sidelined for at least the next five games.

The 6-10, 240-pound Thomas is averaging 10.1 points and 3.4 rebounds in 36 games this season. He scored just two points in 14 minutes in the Knicks' 92-91 loss to the Houston Rockets on Friday - New York's final game with Hall of Famer Lenny Wilkens as coach. </div>

Is that clapping I hear from Knick fans?

This opens the door for Trevor Ariza to start. I'm curious to see how he plays against the Suns tonight and how he performs with more playing time.

Oops. Thanks for posting this. I have been sick lately and away from my computer except for JBB graphics and homework so I forgot to post this when I saw it originally.

And yes, you are hearing the applause of Knicks fans everywhere, including the clap of KnicksUK all the way out there in the United Kingdom.

More playing time for Ariza and Jerome Williams makes KA a happy man...
Until I turn my head to go back to the game and see that we're still getting whooped on a nightly basis.
This is just not the time to be a Knicks fan. *sigh*

Yes!!

<font size="2">YES!!</font> This is the greatest thing to happen to the knicks since .... well since Lenny quit. But even so finally a stroke of fortune for the knicks.

Note: at 6'10 he averages under 4 rpg ..... there are PGs that average more than that easily. PATHETIC

Jwohl that's an understatement you don't have to be so nice!

Well, I must say that Ariza did mighty nice! He had 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 steals.....that is a whole lot better than Tim Thomas if you ask me or I am sure any one here.

The best move that the Knicks made was to put TT on the IR; I am surprized that they did not do that earlier.

Don't forget about Nylex!
