We save apx. $42M in salary this year, and $56M the year after.

Restock the cupboard:
Draft Mikal Bridges 9th (6'7 SF/SG)
Draft Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 13th (6'6 PG/SG)
Draft Chandler Hutchison 24th (6'7 SF/SG)

Free Agency:
Renounce Shabazz Napier, Pat Connaughton
Sign Tyreke Evans for 3 years, $50M (Team Option in Year 3 ~$16.5M a year)
Resign Jusuf Nurkic
Resign Ed Davis (Cap Space MLE)
Fill out roster spots 13-15 with vets or young projects.

Lilllard (36) / SGA (12) / Baldwin
Evans (24) / Lee (24)/
Bridges (24) / Hutchison (16) / Evans (8)
Collins (26) / Aminu (22) /
Nurkic (30) / Davis (18) / Papagiannis / Asik

We get a lot bigger, better defensively, better 3pt shooting, more pure playmaking, and add 3 good young projects while staying under the luxury tax for the next few years.

What gets me about these fire Olshey or Stotts threads is that they are opinion and only Allen knows what's' real.

"F" that. There is no guaranty any draft pick will be special. One thing I do know , Dame IS special, and young. He's still developing his game. The Pels are bringing the kitchen sink at him. Sure, other teams will try to do the same thing, but it doesn't mean they have the personnel to do it. I think the development of Nurkic and Collins, with added help through trades will help continue the path.
He's 28. That's not young for a small guard.
