Please consider the fact that the average level of IQ in that forum is, essentially, sub-zero. I'm not sure if it's something in the water, or what, but it's almost as if the Canadian Government enacted an initiative to give the dumbest fucking Canadians they could possibly find free internet access and make posting in the Toronto Raptors section of the RealGM forum a mandatory requirement to obtain said internet access. I mean, I know they wear quilted flannels as "tuxedos" and use their mullets as a form of "Canadian Passport," but...

I don't know, Batum did score 18 against Belgium.. And Lebron would just take shots from Outlaw and Webster. And the way he didn't congratulate Orlando after the playoff series last year - We have a culture to think about.

Let me re-phrase that:

I was debating with my friend that lebron would probably be a better fit for this team then batum. He said batum has proven a lot more and could still become a gritty small forward. I said batum has some upside but Lebron could anchor a defence.

I would be unbeliveably happy if this trade went down. This guy said he would be baffled and confused.

What would your initial reaction be?!

Two things about the RealGM thread that crack me up:

1) the number of Raptors fans who still think Bargnani will be a "dominant" NBA centre. To quote one such poster:

"I'd rather keep Bargs because he isn't a one dimensional player. His post game is getting better and with his skill set can dominate centers around the league."

2) their offense at Oden supporters quoting his per-36 minute stats - this was THE exact same justification they used to claim Bargnani deserved to win ROY over Brandon Roy (as in: IF Bargnani would have played as many minutes as Roy, he would have scored just as much, therefore Bargnani should be ROY).

Raptors fans on this board (and BBF) are homers (like many of us), but at least they are intelligent and thoughtful. Those posting on RealGM are the biggest collection of morons I've ever seen in one place.
