Undefeated? Who's arguing that - we were merely asking for a first round home playoff game victory. Pardon us for our unrealistic expectations.
You're too new to be calling anyone here fair weather fans. It's called Fair Weather Fans. They jump off the bandwagon whenever the wind blows the wrong way.
However, mark my words, a few wins and they'll be back.

There is a big difference between being a fair weather fan and wanting players/coach/GM held accountable when they are not doing their job... are you just happy we have a team in Portland? I mean, don’t you want more from the product when you spend 20k+ per year on your season tickets... are you happy being mediocre? It's called Fair Weather Fans. I'm not new. I've been in and out of here for the last ten years. You're too new to be calling anyone here fair weather fans.

I spend a lot more than that for my tickets. A lot more. There is a big difference between being a fair weather fan and wanting players/coach/GM held accountable when they are not doing their job... are you just happy we have a team in Portland? Nice catch. The "member" who started this thread created a new account just to come here and stir the shit. New account and hasn't been back since. That's not a fair weather fan, that's a troll.

Neither norIf you had to choose between trading either Dame or CJ for Kawhi, who would you choose to trade?
If your opinion of others who are critical of the Blazers is that they're fair weather fans, then your opinion stinks. As someone who attended games during the Z-Bo era I'll be damned if I sit quietly and be accused of being a fair weather fan.I'm not new. I've been in and out of here for the last ten years.
Are you saying I have no right to an opinion? 'Cause that would stink.

It's also just a tad ironic that the one who has been "in and out...for the last ten years" is the one bandying about the term fair weather fan...I'm not new. I've been in and out of here for the last ten years.
It seems I've hit a nerve. It's also just a tad ironic that the one who has been "in and out...for the last ten years" is the one bandying about the term fair weather fan...
I love how youre back for the first time since before the 13 game win streakBoth, we need a fucking rebuild, you are going NOWHERE with either of them, only people in Portland believe the hype of those two overrated guards.
In terms of posts, yours are definitely mediocre. So who are you to whine about mediocrity? Your posts are the epitome of it.Yeah, build around Nurkic and Collins so you have another mediocre team in 3 years from now.
We need a FUCKING SUPERSTAR, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?
That's the thing - you don't need to explain yourself. Neither should those of us you're calling fair weather fans. This is a small (hopefully) slice of our lives, and for the most part we don't know how deep anyone's fandom goes. But it's a safe bet we're all fans if we're spending our free time talking about a team when they aren't even playing. It seems I've hit a nerve.
To explain, my buddy is one of the moderators here and he frequently asked me to participate more. I've also got three other buddies who are long time members here who did the same. My problem was I was an active member of another forum and had little time to devote to here. That other forum has evaporated so I've come over here to spend time with fellow Blazer fans.
As long as you're a Blazer fan and at least try to refrain from personal attacks, I've got no bone to pick with you. Sound fair?
So, give me a definition that you think describes a fan of a team.
Total BS trollBoth, we need a fucking rebuild, you are going NOWHERE with either of them, only people in Portland believe the hype of those two overrated guards.
I would also but why would Pels want to?Id pull the trigger...^^^
I would also but why would Pels want to?
Where were all these threads/posters when the team was winning 13 in a row????
Fucking assholes. Nobody goes undefeated. Get the fuck over it.

A fan of a team is someone who supports the team and always wants them to win. A fan is also one who looks at the team and sees what areas they need to improve in; e.g. they might look at a team that is near last in assists, fast breaks and taking charges, and wonder what is wrong and what could be done differently. A fan might also look at an imbalance; e.g. having too many small guards who need the ball in their hands. A fan has the right to criticize coaches, general managers and players; hoping that somehow he'll be heard and that they and the team will improve. It seems I've hit a nerve.
