I still really wanted Gordon, but I do think if ownership mandates staying below the tax, it would have been difficult to pull off.

Blazers could have pulled it off but it would have been tight. Would have had to include Zach and one of Simons/Trent/Little. With pro-rated vet minimums and non-vet minimums, the Blazers could have juggled their way into a minimum roster
