.Hayes, McIlrath and a prospect/pick for Ladd. C'mon Gorton of New York, use that fishermans rod and reel him in!
Who knows, we even may see a run at Stamkos this July. Don't forget we had him in a trade until Tampa ownership nixed it, and Sather always gets his guy.
that'd be a big trade. Who could we possibly offer that TB would want and clear enough cap space to resign him?
Great deal for the Rangers but in trading their franchise player and one of the top players in the league I don't how much the lightening are getting out of it. If you approach Tampa I would imagine the names they're going to throw at the Rangers are JT Miller, Kreider and possibly Hayes.
Interesting proposal, but my one concern is that TB may feel they're not getting any impact players, or with potential to be, out of a trade for one of the top, young, proven players in the league.
Stamkos for Stepan and Yandle is a perfect deal with contingent first and second round pick going to the Rangers if Stamkos doesn't sign with the team which I'm sure he would. Tampa would be stupid not to do that because it is becoming very obvious that Stamkos wants out.

Bodkker is probably the guy from Arizona i'm sure. You could offer them something like Hayes and McIlrath as the base of that deal.
