You didn't say coaches, you said "somebody in the League". I don't care about this vote, I care about your broad generalization that if someone "works in the league" they know more and are better able to assign value to players than the "hordes on boards like this".
I brought up Swirsky b/c it was a vote by someone who worked in the league for a post-season award, who I don't believe got it right or knows any more about the players on my team and their relative worth vis-a-vis another player than I do. And I'm not even propping myself up as one "in the know".
I don't need your condescension, PapaG. But my question still stands--do you also believe that Swirsky's Bargnani-over-Roy for R.O.Y. was a more prescient and reasoned vote than the hordes on the board?
