Name me a great player that went to management and essentially told them to give him a new PG. I mean seriously. If your good, you learn how to play with each other.
Roy is certainly a diva.
You think Kobe didn't say trade Smush Parker? lol
Were seriously going to compare Smush Parker and Andre Miller? Parker was garbage. Were a below .500 team and we don't have anyone near as bad as Parker in our starting lineup. Same goes for Kwame Brown who was their starting Center.
That wasn't the question. The question was:
"Name me a great player that went to management and essentially told them to give him a new PG."
You think Kobe liked playing with Smush? You think Roy likes playing with Miller? Miller might be better than Smush but he's still not a great fit. Nothing wrong with Roy saying that imo because I agree with him.

It's never been a good fit. Miller was a "use it or lose it" hook to keep part of RLEC. He knows Roy doesn't like playing with him, but he's kept his mouth shut and played well since he's been here. For that, I'll always appreciate Dre's contribution to this team.
Some fans of this team deserve what they get.
Miller's been professional, I mean after his little tirade with Nate, that is.
You think him having it out with Nate face to face is unprofessional? It beats the shit out of passive-aggressively throwing your teammates under the bus through the press.
I really don't have any problem with Miller having it out with Nate, although it sounds like it got way beyond the professional level on either side. I'm just saying that he's struggled in trying to find a fit with this team, too.
As far as Roy's deal with Quickie goes, he was dumb to say what he did, but he apologized and I think it's something that you just move on from. If it crops up again, then I'd have a problem with it.
Oh, absolutely for certain true. I mean, media guys never get anything wrong. Has to be true. We saw it on the interwebs.

Roy wants to win. Roy/Miller is 11-14 this season. I think that's Roys biggest problem. It doesn't work. In the one game without Miller, Roy easily got to the basket on several possessions, he got to the line 9 times, and we won the game. Please don't turn on Roy, guys. You're like a broken record, turning on Sheed, then, Zach, now Roy.
Look, do you care more about Miller playing well on a losing team or the chance to play better with the right personnel around Roy? Dammit, get it done. Mo Williams, Jamal Crawford, JASON TERRY (in three way to get Dallas Melo?), or even Boobie Gibson. C'mon, Cho. Fix it.

Good to hear I suppose.

They will be playing 2 sets at the Roseland on Feb 13th. Should be awesome!
