Don't think Biden or his AG would pursue it. The divisiveness in DC is already at an all time high and it's trickling down to communities all over. Any legal action against Trump would only exacerbate it, even if it's warranted.

Think you do that at the polls and improving the rhetoric in Congress. The fact that nearly 70 million people are complicit is worrisome. Just don't know if throwing Trump in jail is the solution.I think it’s going to be the opposite - Trumpism must be killed.
Part of me wished Joe would say something about prosecuting Trump as part of his campaign message, but just think he's not that kind of guy. He'd let his AG do his/her job, but don't believe he would particularly like it after all his talk about unifying the country.fuck that
They literally tried their hardest to lock Obama up
That would be a great choice for AG. But i keep reading Cuomo. It'll be up to Biden only to the extent that he chooses the AG. Who he picks will be his signal about whether he wants it prosecuted or not. After that he'll leave it to the AG, as he should.
Really curious to see who he picks. Adam Schiff would be my choice (but probably not Biden's), if he doesn't get Kamala's senate seat.

No guys, we should respect tradition and work in good faith with the republican's, anticipating that they will do the same when they steal back power.

I suspect Trump knows his goose is cooked after he leaves office. He'll probably take a presidential junket to Brazil on Air Force 1 on January 19th and send the plane back without him.

Rumor is Putin is stepping down in Jan.
Maybe Trump has been promised their presidency.
Brazil has extradition treaty with the US. He basically has a month+ to figure out which shithole country without extradition he wants to pursue, or take his chances that non of the shady stuff he did as president will not be found.
Or they plan on walking, hand in hand into the sunset. I smell a movie on the Hallmark channel.
...we have the same thoughts-- how did you pick Brazil?

Movie, or maybe an ongoing reality tv show. Need something to replace the Kardashians.
A tv show needs more characters. Rudy clearly as THE creepy uncle (THE indicates he is not the only one).
There is an awful lot of Trump spawn that can be the minor, slightly less crazy characters.
Guest appearances by Kim Jong-un, Alex Jones and the ghost of Jeffery Epstein.
Special episodes to celebrate KKK day, Proud Boys month and Malaria (yes, Mike Pence's Fly will be a recurring character).
Gold. This is Gold.
I don't think Biden or his AG will "go after" Trump. It's entirely possible Trump will pardon himself of any federal crime he might plausibly be charged for before leaving office. If Trump has legal trouble, it'll be from the Southern District of New York on state-level charges, something Trump can't pardon himself from.
