Don't think Biden or his AG would pursue it. The divisiveness in DC is already at an all time high and it's trickling down to communities all over. Any legal action against Trump would only exacerbate it, even if it's warranted.

I don't care. If he isn't punished it only encourages more of the same. Unacceptable. He needs to die broke or in prison.

Think you do that at the polls and improving the rhetoric in Congress. The fact that nearly 70 million people are complicit is worrisome. Just don't know if throwing Trump in jail is the solution.


Part of me wished Joe would say something about prosecuting Trump as part of his campaign message, but just think he's not that kind of guy. He'd let his AG do his/her job, but don't believe he would particularly like it after all his talk about unifying the country.

It'll be up to Biden only to the extent that he chooses the AG. Who he picks will be his signal about whether he wants it prosecuted or not. After that he'll leave it to the AG, as he should.

Really curious to see who he picks. Adam Schiff would be my choice (but probably not Biden's), if he doesn't get Kamala's senate seat.

If they can show hundreds of deaths thanks to these super-spreader events, that's not a stupid thing. Let's not sugarcoat it, these events directly and indirectly interfered with people's lives - just because he is the president of the USA should not exonerate him from following local rules for social distancing and subsequent deaths.
