I don't think a dominating two party civil war is healthy..I should have used partisan in my reference though, you're right about that ...I'm confused that you see government as having had a healthy bipartisan relationship...I'm older than you and I can't remember one. For many decades the function of government has been to discredit the opposition at any cost..even to shutting government down. I'm sick of it. I want my opinions and vote to be non partisan.
