When you couple the false electors and telling Pence not to count the votes with telling a huge crowd chanting "Fight For Trump" to go to the capital and "fight like hell" it's a pretty damning case. Especially once the crowd literally went to the capital, stormed it, and physically assaulted the police who were there. And there is a ton more evidence as well.I did skim through it. I find the basis for which the indictment asserts that Trump "knew" his claims were false are asinine. Basically "people told him it was false therefore he knew it". Huh?
The idea that he incited the Jan 6 riot is asinine. It's also selective prosecution as the democreeps have done worse.
Only legit issue I see is him having false electors. It says he organized false electors to submit their ballots in with the legit ones. You could say that is some sort of fraud crime. Along with that, telling Pence not to count the votes is some kind of obstruction.
So there is something there, but in the greater context of the clear politically motivated crap thrown at him vs nothing for the much more serious crimes committed by other officials that are getting of scott-free.....
I don't see anybody else with that much evidence against them for such a serious crime, and if there are then they should also be locked up.
