So let me get this straight...the argument they're spinning now (again) is that the Biden administration didn't "go after" Trump when they were in charge, but now they want to?

Um, when he *wasn't* president, that would be the time TO go after him, not when he is. So why would they put it off until he became president and has the DOJ under his charge?!?
