If you read the article, it doesn't actually say Clinton said Trump is innocent. Republican chair claims Clinton exonerated Trump which is directly contradicted by another member. Remember they are also saying victims exonerated Trump which is definitely not true. I have no ideas how much involvement Clinton had. At very least he closed his eyes.

Hillary Clinton in her public statement summarized her testimony. All she could testify about is what she knew which is nothing. I see no reason for her to reply to Trump's fantasies. She was dragged in for no reason except to curry favor with Trump.
