Criteria was established long ago and accepted. Those born in the USA are citizens period.

why should the interpretation change? It has already been established. So are we going to continue to change amendments at a whim of a president every time a new one is elected?

I belong to a gym. I need the gym because it is good for me. Everyone needs a gym membership for their own good.

If my gym was overcrowded and people were just walking in without paying while I paid my dues every month I'd be pissed.

Seems like a lot of these new people are paying the same amount as you to join, and maybe not even being allowed to use the locker room. Maybe you just don't like the gym getting crowded.

Absolutely don't like it being overcrowded. If the owners are selling new memberships they can't handle I'd be irritated.

In most cases the child was already a viable fetus before the thought of invading a foreign country to stick it's citizens with the financial burden of delivering and raising it even occurred to it's lazy, irresponsible parents.
 
One thing is crystal clear, no child born to non-citizens in a "Sanctuary City/State" is eligible for US citizenship, due to the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

The United States and Canada are the only developed nations in the world to still offer Birthright Citizenship to tourists and illegal aliens.
