Well, he didn't technically found it, but he did create the environment for a defeaed Al qaeda in Iraq to emerge as ISIS - that is a fact. Obama admitted as much in one of his own speeches. The two candidates are basically interviewing for the job over a very extended time frame, right? The things that Trump says would make me feel uncomfortable hiring him at Walmart let alone a job as critical as the president.
