I believe most of the people who barf out "against my rights!" or "read the constitution" actually don't know anything about rights, nor have anything beyond a basic understanding of anything in the constitution (i.e., they know there is a constitution, and there is a bill of rights, but actually couldn't name you more than 2 of them or explain what any of it means. And in most cases I bet they confuse the Constitution with the Declaration of Independence).

But they're talking points (for lack of a better word) for the ignorant. They sound important and knowledgeable when they use them, but their argument crumbles to the ground once any kind of counter is presented.

My personal favorite thing he's done is when he talks about how much he hates social media/wants to shut down his twitter...yet doesn't. Because he knows that A: they don't censor the conservative voice (that's just a talking point to get idiots to believe it, and they do), and B: it's his biggest audience and biggest group of people he can manipulate with his lies/rants/conspiracy shit.

I think he is running the country like he thinks you run a business. You make veiled threats, you change the talking points, you say what you think people want to hear, and you think everything the CEO/owner says is what will be done.

He's running the country like he's from the 1950's, and it's the 60's and he's afraid of civil rights, womens rights, and equal rights. He's used to being able to say whatever the hell he wants with no one holding him accountable or saying no to him.

He's totally the kind of CEO that in 1968 would be calling women 'toots' and hiring them based on their dimensions and not their skills.
