Well, Mueller is investigating, not conducting a trial. The trials come later, and that's when the due process happens.

Mueller had a warrant, Marzy. It might be either a FISA warrant or a grand jury warrant. My guess is that it was a grand jury warrant. I presume a warrant is a legal way of viewing such stuff.

And I retorted that the Nixon investigation took 2 years so let's wait at least another year for final results. In the meantime, we've already got several felony convictions, just to assuage the nervous Nellies.

Did you not hear @barfo? Due process comes when Mueller files charges. All of Trumps aids that have seen charges filed against them so far have been processed duely. When Muller slaps charges on Trump its going to come quick. Trump will resign and do his best Nixon impersonation. But, there will be no pardon. The Trump crime family will all be behind bars.

I was sure someone like you who seems to know the constitution and law so well should understand what due process is.
