Simons is a man amongst boys right now.

Little needs a year of Bench duty. He needs to hang out in the weight room and maybe be besties with Anthony Tolliver.

If they plan is to have Ant, CJ and Hood in the 2nd unit covering 1-3 I don't see that plan going well.
CJ / Baze / Hezonja / Tolliver / Collins would be my preferred unit starting 2nd quarters.

Simons looks great.

Pros:
- Shot looks effortless, much quicker than last year.
- Incredible spatial awareness at distance, not unlike Dame/Steph
- Now that defenders are showing, he's taking the space and doing a great job at getting to the basket under pressure.

Cons:
- Occasonal brainfarts—dribbling off his foot, misreading the coverage with a bad pass.

Overall lots to be excited about. Just needs minutes at this point. His 3s should cover up for defensive immaturity and turnovers from a +/- perspective and lengthen Stotts' leash. (right, Coach?)

If Little is a bust we gonna have huge problems defending the Paul Georges, Kawhis, Lebrons, Durants, Giannis, Zions of the league. Basicly all players who are 6.8 or taller
Yeah, I was all for breaking up the Aminu Harkless starting duo. But we could really use one of them defensively off the bench.

Υes that would make more sense to have Hezonja and Baze in there. Simons is as much of a point guard as Collins is. And yes Turner was garbage compared to what we expected, but we are gonna miss him if the plan remains to play Ant there surrounded by CJ, Hood etc. You need somebody that can really see the floor and set up his teammates for good shots. None of those can do that effectively, Turner did.

Oh boy, re we gonna be the team know for manicures and pedicures?

Well who thought Little was going be rotation this season is just nuts. Trent very streaky shooter he can go off at anytime. But he doing other things well got 3 assist 6 rebounds playing good D. I am I see CJ have shooting nights like this and I bet the coaching staff tell him continue to shoot.

Someone say wing stopper?

Loved that screen the screener action on the pin down from Utah.

Tough to guard w/o good communication.

Man, the instant conclusions some of you guys jump to are beyond belief. I may have to dig up some of the comments on last summer to find the crap that was said about Simons. Little is RAW and definitely needs the year of practice that Simons got, but it's way too early to draw any conclusions about what he's going to be when he gets some more experience.

Moving the ball a LOT better coming out of HT.

Load management for a 19 year old in July?

There seems to be a bunch of guys skipping out on SL with minor injuries. I think some GMs think that the fringe players view the draftees like potential scalps.

I don't know any of the Jazz SL players.

Hezonja basically played PG.

With him, CJ, Anf, and Hood we will be fine setting up the offense when Dame sits.

I'm far more concerned with defense, we could be very bad! Our offense will be somewhere between great and elite.

Trent seems pretty reliable just catching and shooting. Off the dribble is a different story. It usually looks forced.

I wouldn't have a problem with giving Dev Robinson that other two-way deal. There's some things to like about his game and upside. Good length, good hops, aggressive.
