I am 12 years younger than Biden and I sometimes get stuck remembering names. I am definitely not senile.

I’d probably vote for you, but you’re not running. A few incidents like this one on a long campaign trail are absolutely normal. Joe’s had more than a few and they weren’t all just simple brain fart situations. I’ve seen videos where he gets totally lost in his train of thought and can’t find his way back. I’m going to vote for him, but I have serious doubts about his ability to finish a first term.

You, most likely, didn't even watch the video, and now have me explaining things... to you, without giving any explanations of your own. Not sayin’ I’m fine with it in any way, shape or form. I’m just an old man who has been around long enough to know that life is pretty much “same shit, different day”. We don’t get to choose whether we want a swamp or not. That swamp is as old as America itself. What we DO get a say on (at least to a degree) is what kind of swamp we want. I’m just being realistic here. If you want to spend the rest of your days chasing an impossible (and improbable) dream, be my guest. You’ll only end up disappointed (and even more disillusioned than you already seem to be). I’m not trying to be patronizing or pedantic. I’m just sharing my own personal experience. You can accept it or reject it. Life moves on.....

if you want money out of politics (good luck with that), then which side might be more receptive to working toward that goal? If you want government that adheres to science in a health crisis, which side offers the best hope for that? If you want government to stay out of your bedroom, which side is most likely to force it's way thru your bedroom door? If you think as a living being the environment you actually live in should be healthy and protected, which side seems more inclined to protect it? If you believe that everybody eligible to vote should have an equal opportunity to vote, which side has engineered a decades long campaign to suppress voting?

biden has not inspired me whatsoever. he was LAST on my list of dems in the primaries.

but i can very obviously realize the best of the worst when compared with trump. third party votes and random write ins for Bernie are what caused us this mess in 2016. hoping the majority of people who are stuck on the fence can compromise and end up picking a candidate they most closely agree with (even if it's not fully there).

this is 100% a result of our two party system or not having ranked choice voting, but those things aren't changing anytime soon.

Joe gave the honest answer....not a partisan exaggerrated bullshit answer....Trump supporters are usually shocked when people have actual convictions about their value systems....Joe is right...if you think America is better today than under 8 years of Obama...you probably would vote the incumbent. That would also mean you are very, very wealthy more than likely and don't rely on retail profits to survive the economic climate and global warming weather patterns. I'm prepared to defend my arguments, and I generally have thick enough skin not to get my shit in an uproar when the labels thrown my direction are dismissive

people are free to say the choices for president suck so much that it boils down to a lesser-of-two-evils choice they won't participate in.
