I also think we need to keep in mind that a good part of the "early voting" is in some states that were already blue states to begin with.
Joe Biden could love the Lakers, Yankees, Patriots, Tom Brady, LeBron James, James Harden, Russell Westbrook and Tom Brady again and I'd still vote for him.

HEY !!!... I've got feelings, goddamnit ! :hater:

Both sides are almost certain their side will win in a landslide. Confirmation bias of the highest level.

I have no fucking clue. Shit is fucked up either way.
I'm in the I have no idea category, too...and that, to me, is what is the most surprising.

Trump is OBJECTIVELY immoral and disloyal. He lies, cheats, insults, bullies, etc, etc, etc, etc. How can there even be a question?!? What is the deal with this country? We condone this stuff? We tell our kids it's bad to do all these things, UNLESS you are president?

Even if Biden wins, this still happened...we still let this happen. Am I offbase to be disillusioned regardless? Fuck, this whole thing is putting me in a bad mood.

My actual dream scenario is that Trump barely squeaks into reelection........while the Democrats keep the House and take the Senate. There would be NO better definition of”karma” than that. Then, they torment him for 3 years by handcuffing his every move, then they impeach him all the way out the door (leaving Pence only a very short time in office). Imagine what it would do to Trump’s massive ego to be the only president in American history to be completely impeached and frog marched out the front door of the White House in full view of every television network in the world. There is no way Pence can pardon an impeachment. And I don’t believe Trump will ever spend one second in prison (well deserved or not). Impeachment is a stain that will go down in American history books forever. But I can certainly live with a Biden win......

The path to decency starts today for America. A reckoning for Trump and his cronies begins as soon as Joe Biden swears in on January 20, 2021.

All members of my family that can vote, from Oregon to California to Florida, have voted. All for Biden/Harris!

Let’s go America!
My family is completely split, and there is nothing that can be done to change that. My sisters and I are all liberal, while my parents are conservative Christians. That is not going to change. And my extended family is all over the map, including my crazy Inuit uncle who is a full on racist Trump lover.

* " On Monday CNBC reported that a shocking number of private equity firms are backing Democratic candidates for the 2020 election

Private equity firms are putting their money more than ever before in this election cycle. The CNBC host says the money is going behind a surprising choice.

CNBC's Leslie Picker said, "The private equity industry is putting a record amount of money into the election - and the vast majority of contributions to individual candidates are backing Democrats."

"61% of the industry's donations went to blue candidates while 39% backed red ones," she continued. "It's the highest proportion that the industry has given to Dems since at least 1990 and the first time the party captured a majority of PE contributions in a decade."

It is a shock since Democrats have been outwardly bashing Wall Street and want to regulate private equity firms.

Trump is so unpopular even on Wall Street that CNBC reports PE's are supporting Dems hoping for a blue wave because even though they've said they would raise taxes, the Democrats would get a stimulus done as well as a better tariff strategy and an infrastructure deal.

Ofcourse they're going to back the winners. Its in their self interest.

I can't people actually wait in line to vote. What a bunch of fucking idiots.

more and more reports of trump's mounting fear of being prosecuted if he loses the election:

I can't remember who it was, but it was a former trump 'adviser'....he was saying he thinks if trump loses he'll resign from the office in late December or earlt January. That way, Pence can pardon him for any potential federal crimes. There would be an important added bonus for trump too, in that he wouldn't have to endure transition photo-ops with Biden or have to stand on the stage during Biden's inauguration.
You can’t pardon someone for a future crime. You also cannot pardon someone for a crime they have not been charged with or convicted of.
