You might be kidding here, but regardless I've heard this a lot, and it's made me really think about what my expectations of the media are in terms of coverage or whathaveyou. I think, for the most part, I want coverage that is vetted, well-investigated, and withstands cross-referencing.

But what happens when you introduce a hostile, pathological liar into the system? Accompanied by A LOT of complaining, you get this notion that all the news about this individual is bad news. But just look through all the scandals...look through the history of this guy. All the bumbling and ineptitude. This isn't a case of bad news coverage, but rather a bad guy.

In my opinion, they have gone easy on him.
