even Fox news has debunked it

* " On this morning's Fox and Friends, reporter Griff Jenkins refuted the latest voter fraud conspiracy promoted by OAN, Epoch Times, and Trump's bogus legal team: "suitcases of ballots in Georgia are full of fraudulently counted votes!!! 9/11! Chemtrails! Aliens!"

Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins was called on to explain the conspiracy to Fox News viewers.

Jenkins said Trump's brainchildren claimed they had, "New evidence from a surveillance camera video showing Fulton County election workers, you see here, illegally counting ballots with no supervisors present, affecting potentially 24,000 ballots."

Jenkins continued, "But I just got off the phone with a senior source in the Secretary of State Brad's Raffensperger's office, a Republican, who tells me that they had a designated observer at that spot all night the entire time. And they've seen this video and are familiar with the claims, they said that they are simply not true. The suggestion that Georgia vote-counters were sent home and ballots were brought in in suitcases also not true."

"And then what appears is reported as 'suitcases' are actually the normal containers that ballots are put in, that is not unusual, they say for them," Jenkins said.

Case closed.

a pretty detailed debunking here:

just my opinion here, but that old saying along the lines of "a lie races halfway around the world before the truth finishes tying it's shoes" is even more true in the internet age

I know you don't believe that shit and are an anti-trump poster, but I do believe you're giving momentum to the lies by posting so many of the tweets and conspiracy theories. IMO, every time dishonest crap like that is posted, it's a boost to the racing lie

These lawsuits from Trump are a money grab...Rudy gets 22K a day..that buys a lot of lies....Trump emails for donations to fight his cases brought him in 80 million first run and 170 million in a week not long ago....he's lining his pockets and trying to build a stash before he gets taken to the cleaners by banks holding his outstanding debt...look for some of this money to end up in the bank of Cypress

Yeah, I saw that too...it's a shame his sheep are too far gone to realize there donations are resulting in nothing more than "a money grab" for Trump.

...I almost feel sorry for them....almost.

Aside from the drunk computer crimes lady, another star witness at the "vote fraud" hearing said all Chinese look alike so what is to stop "some Chow" (her words) from voting over and over?

Convicted felon Roger Stone claims to have absolute proof, which he isn't showing anyone, that Trump would have won had not a North Korean boat shipped a load of fake ballots to Maine for distribution nationwide. It's a very long way from North Korea to Maine, and the US has no trade with North Korea, but apparently no one else noticed, or should I say hallucinated, this North Korean ship en route or docked in a US harbor. And we heard that Trump and Kim Jong Un were in love! I guess true love doesn't last forever after all.
The North Koreans have shipped drugs to Australia in the dead of night on a beach somewhere but logistically Maine is whole different ball game and virtually impossible for those stumble bums to pull off. Don't forget, the Australians caught them.

This is fun :wook:

These really are actually entertaining to read:

"These declarations also constitute hearsay, as they are out-of-court statements offered in evidence to prove the truth of the matters asserted. See NRS 51.035, 51.065; Cramer v. State, 126 Nev. 388, 392, 240 P.3d 8, 11 (2010) ("An affidavit is generally inadmissible hearsay."). Most of these declarations were self-serving statements of little or no evidentiary value."

"64. Contestants offered Mr. Gessler to opine on the transition to and administration of mail voting.
65. Mr. Gessler's report lacked citations to facts and evidence that he used to come to his conclusions and did not include a single exhibit to support any of his conclusions.
66. The Court finds that Mr. Gessler's methodology is unsound because he based nearly all his opinions on a handful of affidavits that he took no steps to corroborate through independent investigation."

"109. Despite two of Contestants' experts testifying to "questionable ballots" and "illegal ballots", neither provided evidence to support Contestants' allegations regarding the presence of illegal votes in the 2020 presidential election. See Herron Dep. 59:22-60:12, 68:13-69:12 (testifying that neither Mr. Baselice nor Mr. Kamzol disclosed the data underlying their analysis); Baselice Dep. 24:7-15 (explaining that he did not participate in compiling the data he used and "shouldn't even surmise" "what the original source of the data was"); Kamzol Dep. 58:6-59:15 (explaining that he did not know how the matching work to enhance the data he used was performed); Baselice Dep. 60:8-61:17 (acknowledging that he could not determine how many "questionable" ballots were actually counted, contained votes in the presidential election, or were cast for a particular candidate); Kamzol Dep. 92:4-16 (same). Little or no verification of numbers was done by Mr. Kamzol."

"117. ... While Doe 3 testified to alleged ballot-stuffing occurring in broad daylight outside a busy polling location in Nevada's most populous county, no other witness corroborated Doe 3's account. The Court finds Doe 3's account not credible."

"119. "To testify as an expert witness..., the witness must satisfy the following three requirements: (1) he or she must be qualified in an area of 'scientific, technical or other specialized knowledge' (the qualification requirement); (2) his or her specialized knowledge must ' assist the trier of fact to understand the evidence or to determine a fact in issue' (the assistance requirement); and (3) his or her testimony must be limited 'to matters within the scope of [his or her specialized] knowledge' (the limited scope requirement)." ...
120. As reflected herein, the Court finds that the expert testimony provided by Contestants was of little to no value. The Court did not exclude consideration of this evidence, which it could have, but gave it very little weight.
...
125. As reflected above, the Court gave very little weight to Contestants' experts and could possibly have excluded their testimony under the above stated standards. The Court is concerned about the failure of these experts to verify the data they were relying on."

"IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Contestants shall pay Defendants' costs pursuant to NRS 293.420."

https://www.yahoo.com/news/michigan-secretary-state-says-armed-035400636.html

Dozens of armed people gathered outside Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's home over the weekend "shouting obscenities" and threatening violence in an effort to overturn the presidential election results in the state, she said Sunday.

Benson and her 4-year-old son had just finished decorating their home for Christmas and were about to watch "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" when the group arrived, she said in a statement.

"The demands made outside my home were unambiguous, loud and threatening," she said. "They targeted me in my role as Michigan's Chief Election Officer.

"Through threats of violence, intimidation and bullying, the armed people outside my home and their political allies seek to undermine and silence the will and voices of every voter in this state, no matter who they voted for," she said.

Gabriel Sterling, a top Republican elections official in Georgia, said last week that President Donald Trump's repeated false claims that the election was stolen from him had led to death threats, intimidation and harassment.

Saying the claims have to stop, Sterling called on Trump to "step up" and condemn the threats. But Trump returned to Georgia on Saturday and repeated the baseless assertions.

Michigan's State Board of Canvassers certified the election results for President-elect Joe Biden on Nov. 23. An NBC News projection showed that he defeated Trump by more than 150,000 votes.

Trump and his allies made baseless allegations about irregularities and discrepancies in Detroit's vote tallies and called on the Legislature to name Trump electors, despite Biden's victory.

Trump and other Republicans have also filed nine lawsuits in Michigan, alleging fraud and other irregularities. As of last week, most of the suits had been withdrawn or denied. In one case, a judge described the allegations as "inadmissible hearsay within hearsay."
