Ouch. That sucks.I sold BTC for FOMO.
One positive>>He supports the electoral process supporting Joe. After 1/20/21, he should visit the back yard, as you suggest.'Where's My Money?': Mitch McConnell Home Vandalized After $2,000 Stimulus Check Vote Blocked.

Mitch should be taken out back of the white house and put down for being the traitor that he is. But his home should be off limits. Not the right way to go.
Ouch. That sucks.

'SEE WHERE THE CHIPS FALL'
Trump is in ‘a good position’ ahead of showdown this week to challenge election, ex-top official says
"We are unclear as to what data the legislators used for this most recent “analysis.” But the only way to determine the number of voters who voted in November from the SURE system is through the vote histories. At this time, there are still a few counties that have not completed uploading their vote histories to the SURE system. These counties, which include Philadelphia, Allegheny, Butler and Cambria, would account for a significant number of voters. The numbers certified by the counties, not the uploading of voter histories into the SURE system, determines the ultimate certification of an election by the secretary.
"This obvious misinformation put forth by Rep. Ryan and others is the hallmark of so many of the claims made about this year’s presidential election. When exposed to even the simplest examination, courts at every level have found these and similar conspiratorial claims to be wholly without basis.
"To put it simply, this so-called analysis was based on incomplete data."
Probably unconstitutional.Eh...he will pardon himself before he leaves

REPS LIEU AND RICE SEND CRIMINAL REFERRAL TO FBI OVER TRUMP CALL
Today, Congressman Ted W. Lieu (D-Los Angeles County) and Congresswoman Kathleen Rice (D-NY) sent a criminal referral to the FBI after a recording of President Trump was made public where he solicits election fraud during a call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger .
In the letter, the Members write:
Dear Director Wray,
The President of the United States, in an approximately one-hour long phone call, threatened and berated Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find 11,780 votes” to overturn the President’s defeat in the state. Mr. Trump also made a number of other statements soliciting election fraud, such as telling Mr. Raffensperger: “And there’s nothing wrong with saying, you know, um, that you’ve recalculated.” The recording of that phone conversation has been publicly released. As Members of Congress and former prosecutors, we believe Donald Trump engaged in solicitation of, or conspiracy to commit, a number of election crimes. We ask you to open an immediate criminal investigation into the President.
Under 52 U.S.C. § 20511, it is a crime for, “A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office … knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by … the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held.” In this case Mr. Trump, for purposes of a federal election, solicited Secretary of State Raffensperger to procure ballots that are known to be false by threatening him to “find 11,780 votes.”
Under 52 U.S.C. § 10307(a), “No person acting under color of law shall … willfully fail or refuse to tabulate, count, and report such person’s vote.” During the phone conversation, Mr. Trump, under color of law, solicited Secretary of State Raffensperger to re-tabulate or “recalculate” the votes, which would have deprived Georgia voters of the accurate count of their votes.
Under Georgia Code § 21-2-604(a)(1), “A person commits the offense of criminal solicitation to commit election fraud in the first degree when, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony under this article, he or she solicits, requests, commands, importunes, or otherwise attempts to cause the other person to engage in such conduct.” Here, Mr. Trump solicited Secretary of State Reffensperger to engage in election fraud by requesting that he “find 11,780 votes” and “recalculate” legitimately cast votes and engage in a number of other fraudulent actions. We request that if you believe Mr. Trump also violated state criminal law, that you refer the state violations to the Georgia Attorney General or the appropriate district attorney in Georgia.
The evidence of election fraud by Mr. Trump is now in broad daylight. The prima facie elements of the above crimes have been met. Given the more than ample factual predicate, we are making a criminal referral to you to open an investigation into Mr. Trump. Thank you for your attention to this urgent request.
Sincerely,
Again, Trump is just going to pardon himself
Probably unconstitutional.
...as mentioned before, you can't pardon state crimes![]()
A majority of the Constitutional legal experts I've seen interviewed on TV the subject claim it's unconstitutional. Just saw one recently on the PBS News Hour say that.Again, Trump is just going to pardon himself
Isn't it federal?
...sure, but as highlighted by the link I posted there were Georgia state laws broken as well![]()
We need the Republicans that respect the Constitution to do the same.https://lieu.house.gov/media-center...ce-send-criminal-referral-fbi-over-trump-call

Runoff election for two U.S. senate seats. GA requires each winning candidate to get a minimum of 50% of the votes, and none of the candidates got that in the November election.
IIRC, Perdue (R) was leading Ossoff (D) and Warnock was leading Loeffler (R). Early voting turnouts indicate that both (D) candidates are leading their Republican counterparts.
This is an especially important election. If D wins both seats, then they will have control of the Senate due to the tie-breaker vote from VP Harris. If it's a split (R 1, D1), Republican retains control.
Yeah but they will be deployed to direct traffic and will not be armed.https://www.the-sun.com/news/207815...edium=browser_notifications&utm_source=pushly
