and in the last 24 hours after opening Texas has 56 deaths and a spike in infections.....nobody is proving that distancing is shit in a sane universe...New Zealand with a hard lockdown eliminated the virus in 49 days total.....Trump's bullshit has left us with blood on our hands and denial in public places prompted by Trump's denial ….what a croc...this boost the economy bullshit is going to have us fighting this fucking virus for years...we should all be mad about it

North Dakota had no lock downs and they are one of the best states. New York was one of the strictest, they have the worst death rate. :dunno:

Are you purposely trying to be intellectually dishonest? The two states couldn't be more dissimilar in terms of conditions, regarding population density in their cities or the fact that one was an international port of call prior to full awareness of this disease and the other having very little influx of travel. You're generally better than this.

New York City has a far higher population density than Miami (every other Florida city is at least an order of magnitude lower in density). It's not about raw population spread across the state, but the density. Which, again, I'm sure you knew.

Oh okay, so we are moving the goal posts again? I’m just bringing these states up because the left, Democrats and DNC were saying Georgia, North Dakota and Florida will have blood on their hands. It’s been past the 2 week incubation cycle and no big spike. Go figure... :dunno:

How were the goal posts moved? I pointed out your terrible state comparison and one of the reasons was population density. You switched to Florida and I again noted population density. Being consistent is now your idea of goal post moving? "Alternative goal post moving" to go with the "alternative facts" that the administration you admire so much pioneered?

it's an election thread with the pandemic being possibly the most important election issue and the handling of it being either Trump or Biden....I think it's extremely relevant
