C’Mon FAMS! I’m killing it. Haven’t had any of that stuff since the middle of October…… I got this. Packing my lunch right now actually. Salad/baggie of carrots/baggie of apples. Turkey sandwich. Let’s fucking go!
 
Side note: Got this really nice NIKE GOLF vest. Black and red zip up. Bought it about 2010…. Have never even come close to being able to wear it. Didn’t realize how snug their golf gear fit….. well for the fuck of it, tried it on last night. LET’S FUCKING GOOOOOO!
Will be wearing it today to work. The wife got mad, thinking I had bought some new vest 🤣

Just got my blood tests back. My LDL and Non HDL cholesterol levels are high. I've really got to change my diet and lose some weight.
 
Got approval for glp-1 from doc, but insurance doesn't cover it for weight loss. "Unfortunately" no diabetes or other health problems to justify it to insurance (sore knees and feet doesn't count, I guess). Possibly sleep apnea, but have to wait for sleep study. So out of pocket for now.

Took zepbound shot on Saturday. Haven't been hungry since. Have to set an alarm to remember to eat, and lose the desire to eat more after a few bites. I still enjoy it. Just don't feel the same "need".

Crazy.

Please explain LDL/HDL. I could google it, but want to hear what it is from somebody dealing with this.

Did the doc say you were overweight? But NOT diabetic or pre diabetic? That must have been what happened?
