OT Type 2 Diabetes

When I was having episodes of dizziness and severe insomnia doctor thought possible diabetes. Tested negative. Ran specialized tests, then for similar conditions, all negative. So I can say for certain I don't have diabetes.
My symptoms? I had menopause. I can say for certain @THE HCP doesn't have it.

That’s great you’ve got that sense. I work with two separate people who were notified by their watch and rings about very abnormal health symptoms and went to see doctors and both were diagnosed with cancer.
I have printed out months worth of data from my watch and health app and given to my doctor and she uses it adjust my mediation. She said she wished more people did what I’m doing.
The ability of early detection is not something everyone has.
Don’t be afraid to embrace technology.
