The way he fell down is the way my left leg landed on my foot when I fell down. The difference is that I also fell down on my right foot the same way and I don't stretch these days. Knees are getting better little by little every day. I still have episodes where I nearly pass out when I get up, about once a day. Today I had to fall back on the couch to prevent passing out.
