I doubt there are many. A Russian gulag is probably a big enough threat to keep soldiers committed.

The real number of Russian Armed Forces KIA is probably around 1500-2000, 3-4x higher than the official Russian number and 2.5-3x less than the Ukrainian number.

Makes sense. It's like the rule of 3 when dating. If a girl tells you how many partners she has had you can multiply the number by 3, if the guy tells you how many they have had them divide by 3.

There are some nuances with what they were saying. Using terms like "Patsan" in a friendly way describing him as a young man. The man was issuing a call to action for Russian citizens to stand up and protest he was also sympathetic to the young Russian soldier. We were already paying “a little more” before this. A lot more, actually. We’re sitting at record high prices on everything and being told prices “might” go up. Thanks for the warning.

We are already seeing obscene inflation and if gas prices shoot through the roof, we're going to see crushing inflation in just about everything. Things might turn pretty ugly around the globe. Worse than it already is.

Another good argument why we need multiple alternative energy sources, instead of spending our time arguing over which hole to stick a pipeline in! Over-emphasis on any one type of energy will always leave us vulnerable.

If only there was a bill put to the senate that would include investment in things like EV conversion and chargers to replace the dependency on gas. Oh wait, there was one, but a bunch of idiots wiped it out.

Ukraine has seized Russian military plans concerning the war against Ukraine from the 810th Brigade of the battalion tactical group of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet Marines. These documents were approved on 18 January.

Quote: "The Armed Forces of Ukraine are succeeding in inflicting losses on the Russian invaders. They are losing equipment and manpower, but also – in a panic – they leave their secret documents behind [when fleeing].

This is how we have come into possession of the plans of a battalion tactical group of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet Marines.

Among the retrieved documents are a working map, combat mission, call sign table, control signal tables, hidden control tables, personnel list, etc.

According to this information, the plans for the war with Ukraine were approved on 18 January 2022. The plans anticipated that the capture of Ukraine must be executed within 15 days, from 20 February to 6 March."

Details: This unit of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet intended to disembark from the large landing ship "Orsk" near the town of Stepanovka-1 and then work with military units of the 58th Army of the Russian Federation, namely the 177th Separate Regiment of the Russian Black Sea Fleet Marines.

Once I realized these guys are from the DNR (Donetsk People's Republic), I'm not skeptical at all, This is part of the occupied territories, it is one of the most corrupt, brutal, mismanaged places in the world.
