I agree with tHe_pEsTiLeNcE. Developmentally, you drastically change mentally and physically between the ages of 12 and 14. Most people aren't finished with their physical (and sexual) development by 14, but they are well into it. I wouldn't say the two stages are equal exactly, but they are fairly similar. In many cultures past and present, 13 is old enough to be considered an adult. The fact that Something-To-Say thinks that it's "wrong" is just based on social norms. Our culture is pretty bad about lumping all people into one particular group based on a certain characteristic. The fact is, a lot of 14 year olds are physically and psychologically ready. Plenty of them aren't, too.To say that it's a scientific fact that people grow into their teens is downright idiotic. Actually, it's even possible to go further than that. Your epiphysial plates in your bones usually fuse around 19-21 or whenever your bones stop growing (it's a poor explanation, but that's why they fuse in the first place: your bones stop growing). But this really has nothing to do with the topic, as there is very little physical development between 17-22 compared to 12-14 or 14-17.And yes, I recall Something-To-Say mentioning that he first jacked off at 16. I laughed.
