According to a former member of the Pakistani Intelligence Service, Osama Bin Laden is in Pakistan, where he has been since the Tora Bora showdown.

The source said that Bin Laden has been an asset to the Pakistani government and has enabled Pakistan to get financial and military aid from the United States.

Elements in the Pakistani government have supported Taliban groups which are hosting Bin Laden in Pakistan.

For many years the Pakistani Intelligence Service has received hundreds of tips concerning Bin Laden's whereabouts and failed to take action to capture him. It's true that most of the time the information has been planted to confuse U.S. and Pakistani intelligence services.

But high ranking members of the Pakistani Intelligence Service have had clear information about where he was. The latest information is that Bin Laden is well protected and has a new wife from the Pakistani family that hosts and protects him.

Military officials and terror experts believe he is still alive and the figurehead for a global holy war.

Many experts think he is hiding in the tribal areas of Pakistan which border Afghanistan. The remote region of snow-capped mountains and plunging valleys is the perfect bolthole for the world's most wanted man. The wild territory in the North-West Frontier Province is ruled by fierce Pashtun tribesmen.

But part of the argument saying we didn't is based, on what I've read, on the belief that MAN couldn't survive past a radiation belt in between us and the moon. So a rocket can get there no problem. But not a rocket with a man aboard.

Not the FIRST moon landing where we claimed we did it. That was all fake. It was a battle with Russia to see who would get there first and we didn't want to lose moral so we lied to our country and told them we made it first.

I looked at the article originally linked to. A couple of things:

1. Why should we believe "veteranstoday.com"? Have they ever broken news of anything the level of this importance? Do they have any sort of agenda with their site? I would guess "no" and "yes".

1a. Why can't that article use grammar correctly? Dear Lord. The first sentence alone ("Conservative commentator, former Marine Colonel Bob Pappas has been saying for years that bin Laden died at Tora Bora and that Senator Kerry's claim that bin Laden escaped with Bush help was a lie.") has at least two simple error errors.

2. I don't see any evidence in that piece that he's alive.

3. If there WERE evidence, wouldn't it have been put into the column, and wouldn't (as others have pointed out) at least ONE major outlet have picked it up?

It's just all silliness by people who don't really understand logic nor proper use of the English language.

The military wanted Vietnam with their industrial complex, and the CIA was pissed for Kennedy's orders at the Bay of Pigs among others. It wasn't until the 90s that some in Congress finally admitted that a very large player in the assassination was working for the CIA (true story).

9/11 (IMO) was done by the terrorists. Did the Bush admin. know about it early? Very possible. They needed an excuse to invade Iraq, as countless books, tapes, and even now the British investigation into Iraq shows, they were talking about invading Iraq on January 21, 2001.

I also think it is possible FDR may have known Japan was going to attack Pearl Harbor, but kind of let them because he needed an excuse to get America into WW2 (He was right that we needed to join there most likely, so at least his reason was better than the 9/11 reason if true).

I don't think the Moon Landing was fake at all.

I said it was very possible the Bush admin. had prior knowledge. I'm not prepared to say anything more than that, especially something like the government flew those planes into the WTC and Pentagon or they were missiles or w/e.

I agree that the collapse is also questionable. Oh well, hopefully as time passes we will learn more just like with the JFK assassination.

You have to realize, the JFK assassination was more than 45 years ago, while 9/11 was less than a decade ago. I know a lot more to be able to form a more clear opinion on that.

There is also a ton more evidence (IMO) that the Kennedy assassination was an inside job. The 9/11 plot is at least realistic. Terrorists could have hijacked the planes and crashed them into targets. I have trouble believing that guy could have shot Kennedy. Just my opinion.

My biggest problem with it all, (amongst the 1000 other facts about WTC) is that jet fuel cannot burn steel. It does not get hot enough. That simple fact alone should give people a clue. And then I am supposed to believe that "fire shot over from WTC towers to WTC 7 and burned it to the floor too." ???????? I am supposed to believe that a magic fire bolt shot over from the WTC towers to the building across the street that just HAPPENS to have VERY important documents in it from CIA, DEA, IRS and all that?!??! Really?!?!?!?!?! And that magic fire bolt didn't hit ANY other building on the way to WTC7 ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? SERIOUS?!?!?!?!

My second biggest problem with this all is the fact that Americans are so naive and trustworthy of their government, they think Uncle Sam couldn't possibly do something like knock down the towers or assassinate Kennedy. Just makes me sick to think how blind people are.

Have you seen Loose Change about 9-11? It is great and I recommend watching it if you have not seen it.

Yeah, I've seen lots of good things about 9/11. But a good JFK move is entitled JFK. It is a 3 hour ish real movie. Kevin Costner stars as the person who it trying to find out about the murder. It is amazing.
