This phenomenal human being sacrificed herself to save her students. Years from now when the anniversary of this tragedy occurs we should focus on the heroes and not even mention the name of the murderer.

Indeed.

This kills me.

I can't imagine what they went through.

how about we don't wait a few years and start doing that now.

Agreed.

There is a natrually curiosity to try to understand why the killer did this. I'd like to see a transition in the media next week to focus on the staff at the school. The
selflessness is overwhelming.

A teacher protected two kids by blocking a door with her body and took two bullets in the process.

Better yet, stop talking about it now. Don't keep celebrating the event and making the asshole into a celebrity.

The media pandering from the mall shooting was the obvious trigger that set off this particular disturbed POS.

Now they're just hoping they can trigger another one by covering the school shooting ad nauseam.

The event IS newsworthy. The media can't just stop covering it. My point is we can change the narrative.

Purely speculation. Who knows why this guy lost it.

A true hero indeed to all of us.

And yet, we keep hearing about how teachers are parasites!

The teachers, children and first responders were heros.

All of the people I personally know who teach would have done the same thing.

I can't say enough about the staff at that school.
