Raccoons are pretty cool animals. My wife (before we were married) had 3 juveniles that would sit on the fence by her porch and gave you high 5s and shake hands.

That is one cool domesticated Racoon....

In the years I lived in KS, on the outskirts of Wichita, several people had pet racoons.....hell one guy even had a pet skunk, (de-glanded).....!

However, they didn't give Hi-5's, or shake hands........

...had a pet coon when I was a kid but as he grew older he began to grow wilder and starting getting downright mean...they have teeth like a cat and a nasty bite which I didn't mind so much but when it bit Mom, that was it...had to turn him loose.

those teeth sharp as a razor, and claws to match, ...... remind me of a Wolverine, or Badger on Quaaludes.......
