Nets are sucking right now but we can try to support the players by voting for them.

Welcome, Balla 15!

And the only way any Net is going to the All-Star game is probably when Vince comes back, and the Nets start playing well.

I forgot voting starts early. Sent mines in, and will vote when I remember.

I'm also writing in Sean. Hey its a free country.

Lol I think this thread is getting LESS views because it's sticky'd

I don't follow?

edit: It still registers on the front page, and gets a bold title when theres a new post in it. Once you see it you'll know its stickied and always know where the link is. If I'm missing something by all means let me know. I'm all for having Nets in the all-star game, whether they deserve it or not :-)

Naw, you're not missing anything, thanks for stickying it. It just weird because I saw not many people viewed the thread but it's all good

I've been voting for the whole Warriors line-up and whole Nets line-up.

For the fill ins I either put in Kelenna Azubuike or Sean Williams.

I voted for our three, Lewis, and Howard...

And then Melo, West, Jackson, Paul, and Camby.

Write-in: Sean Williams!

Honestly, I don't expect to see any net player in the all star game next year. Regardless, I think the east will win.

R.Jefferson i think will be the best pick for the NBA All-star game. I know it sounds stupid to pick him over vice carter but i will tell you why i pick Jefferson. He is having an great season. He avg. 27 points per game with only 2 turnovers (that is 2 less then Jason Kidd). He gets 5Rebs. And he gets 2 blocks per game now that is not bad. Vice Carter only avg. 18 points 3 turnovers 1 steal and 4 assist (thats not bad for somebody that has been out for a few games) but i think we should let R.Jefferson take the back up spot this all-star game

Honestly, VC doesn't deserve it. You won't catch me voting for him just because he's on the Nets. Kidd and RJ on the other hand...

Kidd and Carter Are Second and Third Among East Guards in All-Star Voting

December 13, 2007, 1:23 pm

The NBA released the first returns of All-Star voting and Jason Kidd is currently in position to be a starter in New Orleans in February. Kidd is second among East guards, behind Dwyane Wade and just ahead of Vince Carter. Last year, Carter was in position to start until the final results were announced, when Gilbert Arenas passed him to gain the starting role. The other Nets on the ballot, Richard Jefferson and Nenad Krstic, are not listed in the top 10 for their positions.

Kidd's in, RJ's not even being considered by fans. Ouch.

RJ not a brand name? Not surprising. He'll get in on the coaches ballot if this continues; they know who their daddy is.

RJ has a shot. Kidd, Wade, LeBron, KG, Dwight. Ray and Billups as the reserve guards. Pierce and Butler as the reserve forwards. No one as the reserve center..I guess it will go to Z. Jefferson will be fighting with Redd, Bosh, Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Jamison, and Rashard Lewis for two spots.
