It's interesting to see what makes the parties paranoid. With the Democrats, the concern is preventing/making it difficult for people to vote. With the Republicans, it's people voting twice/dead people voting.

Well, voter fraud is documented around the country. Not on any grand scale, but some elections have been won by it. The guv of WA rode into office on voter fraud in 2004. A US senatorial race has large elements if union voter fraud. So it does happen and on rare occasions a race is turned on it.

s are you implying that when they do this nation wide, they are targeting only blacks? if so it would be easy to prove, but that has not been done

That has nothing to do with what I said. You said she's making it a race issue. Did you watch the video? The outfit is preying on poor voters predominately in black neighborhoods.
 
Anyhow, I think election fraud is a conspiratorial kind of thing. Democrats and republicans make the accusation regularly. Just google "election fraud" and see all the instances for yourself.

The statistical analysis of Bush's votes in Florida is quite interesting and clearly is represented as out of whack. Seems believable enough.

The electronic voting machine claims are based upon the machines being hack-able if you can get physical access to the machine, the time to reverse engineer it, the time to go out and buy the parts needed to fabricate a hack-in type device, etc.

yes I watch the video. SHE said they were targeting poor blacks only. The fact is IF that could have been proven, that seven min piece would have been an hour long, nation wide, call out jessy, farracan and the black panthers along with the damnation of barry and reverand wright.

I'm bringing a polar opposite perspective to the perplexing Neo-Con nature of this board. Who knew that the only 10 die-hard Republican Blazer fans would all join up to diahrea all over the OT board on a consistent basis.

I'm just trying to keep it, 'fair and balanced'.

ok, then I will take what you have to say as serious.

let me ask you two things

1) what has obamas policies done to help you?

2) consider what happens if 2014 comes around and the company that you work for decides to no longer pay your health benifits as a condition of your employment?

I know, do not bother to tell me how great your company is and how it will never happen, just consider what many will haveto face that are not protected by a large union.

For question #1 we've already gone over this when I explained how I had to dual coverage because of Obama when I spent over a month in the hospital.

For question #2, its simple. We strike and the company is fucked.

so if you can not place your self in the same conditions that most in this state will be in ,lets take it a step further

being this is close to your heart, lets say that the worst case happens.

obama care kicks in, costs of insurance go up to the point that your company wants to renegotiate benifits. Your union says strike.

Ok, big union, you feel confident of the outcome, as I can tell.

But..lets say UPS is feeling the pinch nationwide, and has reached the point like say, the auto industry or the airlines, where the costs have eaten most of the profit.

You say the company is fucked, ok, lets say the econemy drags along as it has and more and more jobs are lost as more business close.

UPS has three choices to lower costs

negotiate with a union that feels as you do

break the union, not likely

file BK shed itself of the union and the past obligations

when the government forces employers to a standard of medical coverage, I dont see the employee as the winner. Like it of not history will repete itself and employers will cut hours to stay under hour threasholds, and reduce benifits all together
