The Beavs have a lot of question marks this season. They have several players that had off-season surgeries and much will depend on how healthy they are by September. They do have a lot of talent though so there is reason for optimism. Our O-line should be better and our linebackers are going to be strong. Our biggest question marks will be seeing who emerges at running back and how far and how quickly James Rodgers gets back to full strength. If James is all the way back by our 2nd or 3rd game we could be very good.

Grandparents went there, parents went there. Grew up going to football an basketball games there my whole life. After HS all my friends went there and I went into the Army, lived vicariously thru them. Been a Duck fan my whole life!

That's cool - everyone's free to root for whoever they want regardless, but I am sick of the people who just moved here within the last few years who go around talking about their Ducks, as if they knew who the Ducks were prior to 2009.

I actually hate that too! I used to sit in Autzen with my dad in the early to mid-80's. We could pull up right before kickoff and walk in there and get kick ass seats right down by the field! That's what has made this recent run so enjoyable. I root for the Beavs to win every weekend..... as long as they aren't playing my Ducks!

I find it more annoying that we have an entire forum dedicated to the Ducks, yet this found it's way to the Blazer forum. I also love the Ducks, and wish the people who are fans of OSU would get their own forum so we avoid flame wars in the Ducks forum.

I also find it annoying that the title is so vague it makes you click on it just to see what it's about. Fame Whores usually do this though, so I guess I understand why HCP did it

It's just a preference I have, I have found that when people in general start using a lot of foul language the general level of forum discussions deteriorates and what was once a fun place to exchange ideas becomes more of a cesspool. Just my opinion as I like this place and would like to see it stay a solid venue for fun and good Blazer discussions.

It may be, but I've been on a lot of forums going way back to the old AOL days and letting "standards" slip IMO often indicates a downward spiral. We can make this place whatever we want it to be. I'm against censorship, but also prefer a reasonable level/standard of discourse. If most are cool with it no problem then, I've said what I wanted to and that's works for me.
