Fake news.

Iran attacked Iraqi bases, which are hosting some American soldiers.

It appears they missed on purpose with 15 missiles, in an attempt to save face at home while avoiding killing any Americans out of fear of Trump's promise to hold them personally responsible.

The cowards are visibly quaking, Iranians will smell their fear and take back their country.

Shit, hand it all over to Russia then. Let them send their children to die fighting endless wars instead of us sending ours. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
It won’t matter if it’s Russia China or Us there it didn’t change that they are still fighting a religious war. Everyone gets bogged down there.

Damn dude, you're banging all the war drums.

Just the opposite.

We've been in an endless war with Iran for 40 years, longer with N Korea.

I am for ENDING both endless wars, before the Deep State gets control of the WH again.

We still have a chance to do it peacefully with N Korea, because as crazy as people say Kim is, he understands and respects America's resolve and the benefits of negotiating a win/win situation.

Mullahs just want to slaughter western infidels. Truly, no appeasement is possible. No treaty will be honored by them. No promise will be kept.

Nothing has changed since 1979, when everyone knew they would never stop killing. It's what they do.

Except America finally elected a President who wasn't groomed by the Deep State, and wasn't lying when he said he would always protect Americans first.

I think this deescalates. Even with Trump.

I will say this, if he does the right thing here, and does not retaliate, I will have a little more faith in him. No American, despite what Maris and his kind say, was upset about the assassination of Soleimani. We were worried about needless American lives being taken and an even bigger destabilizing of the Mid East and massive war.

Do you feel safer?

Because I don't live in California? Everyone who doesn't live there feels safer than those who do.

I don't live there for the same reason that I fortunately turned down a job offer at the US Embassy in Iran during the Spring of 1979.

It's a shithole full of hateful bigots with no moral compass.

So the answer is yes, I feel safer with a President who faces down America's enemies rather than Obama who funded America's enemies.

Jesus did Iran shoot down a commercial 737 by accident in doing this?

I hope you are right!
I can’t stand the thought of a religious theocracy controlling the people at any cost.
Hell, I’d be in favor of leaving the Midwest all together but leave enough guns for the Iowan people to use to protect themselves and/or over throw the regions radical zealots. They will need them.

FTFY.

Unless you believe in coincidences, Iran appears to have sabotaged or shot down a Ukranian airliner near Tehran headed for Kiev. At least 170 dead..

I wonder how many witnesses against Kerry's and Biden's sons were on it? :dunno:

Zero, since there are none in the first place. Perhaps you could show me wrong. Hot air doesn't count.

Rep. Michael Waltz: Iran has 'a long history of marching right up to the edge and then eventually backing down'
By Charles Creitz | Fox News

House Armed Services Committee member Michael Waltz, R-Fla., said Tuesday that he believes President Trump will respond to any U.S. casualties at the hands of Iran in a similar way to former President Ronald Reagan in 1988.

"I think this is going to be very similar to ... Operation Praying Mantis in the late 1980s, where Iran struck and almost sank one of our frigates. Our response -- the Reagan administration's response -- was to sink half of their Navy," Waltz said on "Special Report" in response to breaking reports that Iran had fired missiles at bases housing U.S. troops in Iraq.

Operation Praying Mantis came in response to Iranian mines nearly sinking the U.S.S. Samuel B. Roberts, a frigate that had been chaperoning Kuwaiti oil tankers through the Persian Gulf. The ship had to be towed to shore in the United Arab Emirates after a mine blew a hole in its hull.

The U.S. Navy responded by bombing and sinking several Iranian military vessels and other targets.

"And beyond there, Iran didn't respond again," said Waltz, who added that Iran's government ultimately does not want a full-scale war with the U.S. because it could lead to the fall of the hard-line Islamic regime.

"They have a long history of marching right up to the edge and then eventually backing down and surviving to spread its malfeasance another day," he said.

Waltz, a retired Green Beret, said Tuesday's events remind him of Iran's recent attack on the Saudi Arabian oil entity Aramco.

"[That attack was] very sophisticated [and] surprised a lot of Iran-watchers and analysts," he said. "You had effective coordination between unmanned drones and surface-to-surface cruise missiles on the part of Iran which was a pretty sophisticated capability. It doesn't surprise me these were falling on Iraq because with the militias that [Qasem] Soleimani until a few days ago commanded, they would have effective reconnaissance to be able to dial these missiles in."
So, now we're defining ten years of a brutal war with Iraq as backing down?

Less than 1/3 of Americans can even locate Iran on a map.

The dots located on the United States are especially mind boggling, as are the ones in the middle of the ocean. I’m guessing a good portion of the correct ones were lucky shots as well.

I’d say our education system, in conjunction with with establishment media, is in tip-top shape. No need for any of that war money to go toward education.

Half of the victims were Iranian.
Plus several dozen Iranian-Canadians. The worst loss of life for Canadian flyers in over 30-years AFAIK. The plane was practically new. Iran won't release the black box.

Is this real or a dart board?
