He's putting up three-goggles? Wow, that has history.

so... who is our center until Camby comes back?

I'd try out Aldridge at center and Wallace at power forward. He's a flex forward, able to play 3 and 4. It's not the biggest lineup, but Wallace is pretty adept at defending power forwards.

What is the deal exactly? Just Pryz and a 2nd rounder? Cause if it is, thats fantastic.

Well it definitely isn't Chris Johnson..................

With multiple for one going out - there is a good chance you will see Chris Johnson back (or someone of the same nature off waivers).

They made that lineup work with Dante, so I'm guessing that Wallace will be an upgrade.

Joel, Dante and PTBNL and 2 1st rounders. Still a good deal. Just not a public fleecing and flogging.

Leaves us real thin at center now... since Dante played some C as well. But we do have a free roster spot to bring someone in.

leaves us the same at the center... joel while he played good last night hasnt been able to do much lately

John Lund: Is Wallace an All-Star player ... no.

Me thinking: Um, he was an All-star last season.

We called him center, but he never, ever played without Aldridge or Camby or Przybilla next to him. So it was really in name only. You can call role players like Dante whatever you want.

It's going to be the same thing with Wallace. The difference is that you can't really call Wallace a center because he's somewhat of a star in his own right who has established himself at SF/PF. So we're going to say that "Aldridge now has to start at center some."

He was a capable body though if we needed him, even if he wasn't the same. Marks is gonna have to give some mins....

doubt marks plays at all now.... while he maybe tall aldridge can probably handle it until camby comes back and im sure wallace and or batum can play bigger than they need to be for a few minutes... plus who are we playing that has a dominate center that makes us need camby on them? denver not really.... atlanta maybe...

What does PTBNL stand for? (Unfortunately, not likely to mean Sean Marks, huh?)

Since joel+Dante is not enough under the CBA for Crash - there is a need for another player. I hope it's Marks - as he is the least important to keep imho.

My inside sources have told me how the last round of negotiation went down, how Cho talked Jordan back from the edge and back to the table!

Jordan: I dunno, man... Crash is a good player...
Cho: Look, Mike... let me tell you about advanced stats. You know what PER means?
Jordan: Efficiency, right?
Cho: Right. Now, Crash is a 15.1 PER this season. But Dante's a 9.5 and Joel is a 7.1. Add those together, and you get...?
Jordan: Umm... 16.6!
Cho: Which is greater than 15.1, yes?
Jordan: Oh yeah! You're right! Man, I'm totally fleecing you on this deal, huh?
Cho: We're desperate, that's for sure.
Jordan: Done deal!
Cho: Done deal. Call back soon!
