I like how if you quote a post with a picture in it, it shows a link to view the image instead of having it make the page extra tall.

Yep my biggest thing with Tapatalk was posting images and videos was a pain. Also not being able to see some things. It appears all those issues are gone now with this
 
I never understood the need for Tapatalk . The old forum worked perfectly on my Galaxy S3. And it also worked well on my iPhone 4.
 
Everything was so tiny tho. Had to zoom in on bits of it to see.

So that was the problem? Yeah, I had to zoom in and out, but it was like second nature once you get used to doing it.
 
Denny, will there be more font options in the future? I thought our the previous forum software had a few more choices. Not a big deal though.
 
I don't remember vBulletin having any font choices.

Well, when I created game threads, I would use different fonts for different headings in my post. So I know there were at least a few fonts to choose from.
 
I see 8 font choices in this editor. If you want more, tell me which ones. Too many isn't good for the end user tho.

Couple things. I used to like knowing who was online before I logged in. Are you going to have that feature again? Also the view counter doesn't seem to be as responsive as old. Is that the way it's going to be now?

I'll be adding who's online to the forum home page soon.

I'm not sure what you mean by the view counter...

It's on the link. Its shows like 1588 views. And it just stays there and it doesn't change. For like minutes

Before entering this thread you have. We Made it! To the very right you will see replies and views. This thread has been sitting at 1588 for over 15 minutes. Its not instantaneous like the other.
 
The behavior of post/sthreads made by ignored members seems really robust. Thumbs up!
 
The counters are updated periodically by a background process that was running once an hour. It should be running once a minute now.
 
Two more possible peculiarities of this new board:
  1. The font size seems to be smaller. In the previous forum software, the font size 7 seems bigger than the font size 7 here.
  2. When I was creating the game thread, it would not let me post more than 20 images for a single post. So i had to split up my post.
