Im pretty happy with my excersize routines at this point. On days I make it to the gym I get about 14k steps on my fitbit, the other days are around 8.5-9k. So far Ive made it at least four days a week but most weeks have been 5-6 days. Im feeling pretty good, just old!
Lifting weights 2-3 times a week. I think if I keep it up in 3-4 months I will probably feel less like an old fat dude running around and more like an old sort of fat dude
Anyways I did get a fit bit and if anyone wants to do some challenges thatd be fun!
