Really though, you can pause the video from Politico and get this same shot. Once you see it, you can’t help but notice it in the video. I’m not commenting on what he says, but rather the obvious technical issues with the video.

The point in this case is probably the conspiracy theory that Biden is actually on his death bed, mind completely gone, and unable to carry out the duties of the Presidency, so Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton and the Deep State are actually running things while they use whatever tricks they can to pretend Biden is healthy and in charge.

As for Trump and green screen, I don't recall any such chatter, but I may have missed it.
