Remind me what play that was my man?Was this from the kick by what's his face on the Grizz, or just aggravated by it?

Yeah the one in the first half actually looked worse. But he hopped up and looked great out there. The second one you could really see his face react.Didn't he kick the back of DC's knee or something
So Clingan injures his knee twice in the Houston game, the 2nd time he went back to the locker room and then returns to the bench but with a knee brace on.
But later in the game he checks into the game with a knee brace and plays 3 minutes???
Why the fuck is the training staff sending him into the game with a grade 2 MCL tear that will likely take 4-6 weeks to heal???
We may have dodged a bullet that he didn't reinjure it or have a Shaun Livingston possibly career ending injury or such. I can't for the life of me understand how this franchise medical staff sent him back into that game.
….”Does THIS hurt? No…….How about THIS?…..No…..and THIS?…..No!…….I can't for the life of me understand how this franchise medical staff sent him back into that game.
I think the thing is…..the overall majority of sports “fans” have never been in an athletic system…..on the field, court, bench or locker room. Can alwayes depend on Blazer fans for their reasonable, rational and logcal responses to stuff.
All five of themThis is why 3 centers are always needed. At least for teams who don't want to tank.

Just don’t know how things works personality wise, chemistry wise…..simply team wise. Nico Batum told me once anytime the staff would ask how this feels or that feels, he’d answer and say whatever it took to get back out on the court.
A TON of conclusions jumped to here daily.

I've been saying this for a while, the Blazers are dumpster fires at every level: ownership; management; coaching; roster construction....dumpster fires. I guess I can add medical staff as another level on the list

Then why put a knee brace on him?….”Does THIS hurt? No…….How about THIS?…..No…..and THIS?…..No!…….
Did Batum go to the locker room to get any of those injuries reviewed and have a brace put on?I think the thing is…..the overall majority of sports “fans” have never been in an athletic system…..on the field, court, bench or locker room.

Also: patently hilarious that they're speedrunning Clingan's return ASAP while Rob has been held out for two weeks for a concussion. Ayton was held out for a week for a sprained finger, etc.
Yeah they can end your career, so want to make sure your back 100% and completely symptom free. It now requires clearing a protocol, so its not up to just the team or player.Yeah, concussions are nothing to screw around with. I can just imagine the posts around here about incompetent Blazers medical staff if he returned too early and then keeled over on the court.
